Ansin Antony is a Registered Psychologist with experience working across public and community mental health settings. She supports children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem challenges, behavioural concerns, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Ansin has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents, helping them navigate emotional, social, behavioural, and school-related challenges in a supportive and practical way. She also works with adults experiencing stress, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, personality-related difficulties, and other complex mental health concerns.

Ansin draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family-Based Treatment (FBT), mindfulness, and attachment-based approaches. She tailors therapy to each person's unique strengths, goals, developmental stage, and circumstances, with a focus on building resilience and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Ansin is multilingual, speaking English and Malayalam, with an understanding of Hindi and Tamil.
