Fadime is a registered psychologist who supports children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental health and wellbeing concerns. She has experience working in private practice, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and critical incident response, including supporting individuals and communities affected by natural disasters.
Fadime supports people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, workplace stress, and major life transitions. She has a particular interest in neurodevelopmental presentations, including ADHD and autism, and provides neuroaffirming care tailored to each person's strengths, needs, and goals.
She is also passionate about supporting women through different life stages, including pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, helping clients navigate the emotional and practical challenges that can arise during these periods.
Fadime takes a warm, collaborative, and person-centred approach to therapy. She works closely with clients to understand their unique experiences and create meaningful goals for change. Her practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma- and attachment-informed approaches. When working with children, she incorporates play-based techniques to support engagement and development.
Her aim is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move towards greater wellbeing.
