Gabrielle is an Occupational Therapist with over 8 years of experience supporting people with a range of cognitive, physical and mental health needs. After working for many years in clinical and community settings, she helps people develop practical strategies for stress, anxiety and low mood, including planning, motivation, and coping tools.
With a special interest in neuro trauma, including traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, Gabrielle’s clinical focus includes helping people to return to work, reintegrate into the community, and build independence.
Her approach is calm and practical as she partners with each person to set realistic goals and create a plan that supports long-term wellbeing and independence. Gabrielle enjoys working alongside multidisciplinary teams, as well as liaising with families, employers and support networks to realise real-world outcomes.
