Gary is a registered psychologist and Clinical Registrar who works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and relationship challenges. He has a strong interest in supporting people from multicultural backgrounds and is particularly passionate about helping men navigate identity, masculinity and intimacy.
Gary believes therapy is a space to rewrite life’s story in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling. He draws on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Narrative Therapy (NT).
Known for his warm and client-centred approach, Gary creates a safe and respectful environment where clients can explore their challenges with curiosity and build resilience. His work is grounded in helping clients align their actions with their values and foster a deeper connection to life. Gary brings experience from both public and private settings across Asia and Australia, giving him a culturally attuned perspective.
