Jane O'Keeffe is a Registered Psychologist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and challenges relating to identity and purpose.
Jane understands that reaching out for support can feel difficult. She provides a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.
Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), as well as humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, Jane tailors therapy to each person's individual needs, strengths, and goals. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change.
Jane is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion, supporting them to improve their wellbeing and live in a way that feels aligned with what matters most to them.
