He has experience supporting anxiety, depression, alcohol and other drug concerns, men’s health, relationship challenges and developmental conditions. Liam also conducts risk assessments when needed. His work is guided by understanding your individual needs and helping you build practical, realistic strategies to manage challenges and improve your wellbeing.
Liam draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), couples therapy and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS). He tailors his approach to what will be most helpful for you.
