Liisa is a registered psychologist currently completing her clinical psychology endorsement. She works with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns. Her practice incorporates modalities including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
Liisa has training and in experience with adjustment difficulties, anxiety, bipolar, BPD, eating disorders, depression, emotional dysregulation, postnatal depression, life transitions, grief, sleep issues, substance misuse, PMDD and trauma, catering to a wide range of patients.
With experience across private practice and hospital settings, Liisa brings both depth and adaptability to her work. She has a particular interest in emotional regulation, mood disorders, trauma and life transitions.
