Lyndsey Grounds is a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting clients in a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, education and the not-for-profit sector.
She uses an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to individual needs, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Lyndsey works collaboratively and respectfully, meeting clients where they are and remaining emotionally present throughout the therapeutic journey.
Her areas of interest include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, low self-esteem and interpersonal challenges. She is particularly interested in helping individuals connect with their potential and improve their quality of life through deeper self-understanding and meaningful change.
