Mark is a registered psychologist who brings a distinctive and holistic perspective to workplace mental health and wellbeing.
His main areas of interest include anxiety, complex trauma, ADHD, attachment injuries, relationship issues, emotional burnout and existential issues such as life meaning, identity and purpose. With a unique background that spans technology leadership and psychology, Mark understands both the organisational dynamics that shape workplace culture and the individual psychological factors that influence employee resilience and performance.
Clinically, Mark holds a Master of Professional Psychology from the University of the Sunshine Coast, a Master of Addictive Behaviours from Monash University, First-Class Honours in Psychology, and extensive specialised training in evidence-based modalities including ISTDP, ACT, Schema Therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches. His integrative therapeutic style is informed by contemplative practice and Buddhist philosophy, which he discovered during his time in Colorado, and which now forms a cornerstone of his approach to building psychological resilience.
Mark's clinical experience spans diverse settings, from private practice to his role as Psychologist and initial Program Director at Palladium Private mental health retreat, where he developed a holistic treatment program. In this capacity, he provided individual and group therapy, and psychoeducation sessions, experience that translates directly to workplace mental health settings. He works effectively with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-worth, depression, productivity problems, connection/loneliness and relationship issues, grief, and unhelpful habits/addictive behaviours, using an adaptive, person-centred approach that meets each patient where they are.
