Natasha is a warm and approachable psychologist who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and families through life’s challenges. She creates a safe, supportive space where people can feel heard, understood and empowered to build on their strengths.
Natasha takes a collaborative, family-centred approach to care, working alongside children, young people, adults and their families to navigate challenges and build resilience. She has experience supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioural, developmental and wellbeing concerns, with particular interests in anxiety, emotional regulation, autism, ADHD, social and communication difficulties, behavioural challenges, school engagement and self-esteem. Natasha also supports adults experiencing anxiety, stress, adjustment difficulties and other mental health concerns. She values the important role parents and carers play in a child's wellbeing and works closely with families to develop practical strategies that support success at home, school and in everyday life.
Her approach is compassionate, flexible and tailored to the individual. Natasha draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed strategies. She adapts her approach to suit each person’s age, goals and circumstances, helping them build confidence, strengthen resilience and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
In addition to providing therapy, Natasha has experience conducting psychological assessments and preparing reports to help individuals and families better understand their strengths, challenges and support needs. She has extensive experience working within the NDIS and supporting participants and their families to work towards meaningful goals and greater participation in daily life.
Before becoming a psychologist, Natasha spent many years working in community programs supporting children and families facing significant life challenges, strengthening her commitment to early intervention, family-centred care and inclusive, culturally safe support for people from all backgrounds. She is committed to helping children, young people and families build confidence, strengthen resilience and develop practical skills that support positive, lasting change.
