Nicole Nossiter is a registered psychologist with over 15 years of experience working across a range of settings, including occupational rehabilitation, schools, and private practice.
She has supported adults and war veterans, as well as school staff and parents, working with people from diverse backgrounds across Australia.
She views therapy as an active, collaborative process that supports clients to develop practical skills for living a more meaningful life.
Her work is informed by evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Positive Psychology, with a focus on anxiety, depression, burnout, and stress management.
Drawing on her background as both a psychologist and a primary school teacher, Nicole has also developed a strength-based wellbeing program for primary schools. This program is grounded in the science of Positive Psychology and aims to build resilience and wellbeing for staff, students, and families.
