Rhea is a registered psychologist who supports children, teenagers and adults with a broad range of emotional, behavioural and developmental concerns. Understanding that starting therapy can feel daunting, Rhea takes time to learn your full story, context, and what matters most to you. She recognises that you are the expert on your life, and she is here to support you to develop confidence in your own coping skills.
Rhea brings warmth, humour, and flexibility into sessions, recognising that connection is central to building the foundations of trust. Together, you’ll set goals and build a tailored plan (not a one-size-fits-all approach), with progress regularly reviewed to ensure therapy remains helpful and aligned.
Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness and attachment-based frameworks, Rhea aims to help you achieve meaningful change.
With her neurodiversity-affirming and culturally informed approach, she aims to provide an inclusive space where people from diverse backgrounds feel safe, respected and understood.
