Romilyn Villason is a registered psychologist with more than 20 years of experience supporting people across public and private healthcare settings. She is passionate about providing a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Romilyn works with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, grief and loss, interpersonal difficulties, and alcohol and other drug-related challenges. She takes a collaborative, trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, adapting her care to each person’s individual needs and circumstances.
Romilyn draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Known for her warm and compassionate nature, she helps clients build confidence, develop practical coping strategies and work towards lasting wellbeing.
