Rosa is a Registered Psychologist, who holds endorsements in Clinical Psychology and Forensic Psychology, and is Certified Relationship Development Intervention (RDI®) Consultant. She is passionate about helping children, adults, and their families build stronger connections, improved confidence, and meaningful independence in everyday life.
At the heart of her work is the belief that every person is unique and deserves to be understood, valued, and supported for who they are. Taking a neurodiversity-affirming approach, Rosa works alongside families to better understand each child's individual strengths, challenges, and way of experiencing the world. Her goal is never to change who a person is, but to help create opportunities for growth, connection, and success that feel authentic, empowering, and sustainable.
As an RDI® Consultant, she partners with families to strengthen communication, nurture flexible and adaptive thinking, and develop the skills needed to navigate an ever-changing world. She focuses on creating environments that reduce stress, support wellbeing, and foster resilience, helping children and adults move towards greater independence at a pace that feels safe and achievable.
Known for her warm, compassionate, and collaborative style, Rosa values the relationships she builds with clients and families. She strives to create a safe and supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Alongside her specialist work in autism and neurodiversity, she also supports individuals experiencing a broad range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health concerns, drawing on evidence-based approaches tailored to each person's needs and goals.
Rosa offers sessions in English and Portuguese.
