Sara is a registered psychologist who supports people with anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, grief and trauma. She also helps with challenges that can come up at work and in everyday life, including sleep concerns, self-esteem, and building confidence in social situations.
Sara takes a collaborative, client-centred approach. She draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and tailors each session to what feels most helpful and achievable for you.
Sara provides care that is warm, respectful and culturally safe. She takes time to understand your background, identity and lived experience, creating a space where you can feel heard and supported, and move towards meaningful, lasting change.
