Tania is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of experience across public and private health, including adult rehabilitation and aged care in hospital and community settings. She supports people with complex functional, cognitive and psychosocial needs, and is known for being warm, genuine, grounded and non-judgemental.
Tania uses a recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approach and works in a flexible, client-led way to help you build practical routines and confidence in daily life. She can support the functional impacts of stress, low mood, grief and life transitions, emotional regulation, and chronic health conditions.
Her sessions draw on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural principles, behavioural activation, routine-building, mindfulness, activity-based and sensory-based strategies. Tania is open-minded and motivational and is passionate about helping people get back to the activities and roles that matter most.
