Tessa Scannell is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a special interest in supporting both physical and mental health through evidence-based movement.
Since graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (Clinical) in 2016, she has worked across private practice settings, delivering individualised treatment plans for a range of client needs.
Tessa’s clinical interests include women’s health, pre- and postnatal care, mental wellbeing, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She tailors each program to suit the person’s goals, lifestyle, and clinical presentation. She offers practical, creative ways to support recovery and resilience through movement.
Tessa is also a certified Pilates instructor and enjoys integrating Pilates principles with strength training to improve both physical outcomes and psychological wellbeing. She is a member of Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
