Veronika is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in public, community, and private sectors, specialising in the mental health needs of adults and older adults.
Her expertise encompasses a wide range of psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, grief and loss, adjustment, emotional dysregulation, and relationship issues. Veronika is dedicated to building a supportive, collaborative therapeutic relationship, tailoring therapy to the patient’s individual needs and circumstances. She employs a diverse array of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Veronika draws from her skills in supporting staff well-being through critical incident debriefs and mindfulness techniques.
